 "Write about five things you do to stay healthy"

Tip: Check pages 28 and 29 of your book, watch a video related to "Stay Healthy", read something related to it on a website. All of them will help with ideas.

Read the paragraph below. Can you find mistakes? How many? Can you correct them
If you want to have a healthy life, you should follow these recommendations:
Ø Exercise: You should walk 1 hour or you run 30 minutes around the park.
Ø Drink water: You should drink a lot of water because it’s healthy and don’t have calories.
Ø Eat healthy food: You should eat a lot of vegetables and fruits
Ø Sleep: Is necessary sleep 8 hours a day.
Ø Hobbies: You do your favorite things to relax, listen to music, dance, sing or watch movies
To stay healthy do the following:

1.- I like to run at night 30 minutes before dinner.
2.- I like to take a nutritious breakfast in the mornings.
3.- Sleep 8 hours.
4.- I practice sport with my friends on weekends.
5.- I wash my hands before eating.

    -Drink water: It'll help you to stay hydrated during the day.
    -Eat healthy food: To stay healthy you'll need to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.
    -Sleep: Is necessary that you sleep 8 hours per day.
    -Hobbies: You always should practice things that you like most because it'll help you to relax your mind and body.
    In my case I do the following:
    1. I like to eat plenty of vegetables and fruits
    2. I sleep 8 hours per day to don't feel tired during the day.
    3. I like playing the guitar because it helps me to relax my mind.
    4. I like drinking a lot of water to stay hydrated during the day.
    5. I wash my hands before eating.

  4. I must drink at least four glasses of water every day. The fact is that I don't like it at all. What can I do?

  5. In order to stay healthy I play soccer every friday night at 10pm.
    I also eat a lot of fruits, I like them a lot, specially the tangerines.
    On sunday mornings I usually roller skate on Arequipa Avenue with my work mates.
    I always drink a lot of water and take the stairs as much as possible.
    I sleep 8 hours every day.
